I just received my news letter from the Giant vegetable growers of Ontario. They are offering $6000 to the first Canadian member to grow a 2000 pounder! Do you think 2017 will be the year?

I think Carl can do it, and now I guess he has got a good reason to go for it. Carl, I keep my fingers crossed for you!!!

(...Ryan will perhaps also grow a 2000+ fruit, but I guess for a later weigh-off...the question addressed the FIRST 2000+ pounder.)
