That video is selling lies. Sugar salt and fat are not unhealthy they are what we need most. But yeah there could be glyphosate in the sugar or one's ability to digest it might be impaired by fluoride calcifying the thyroid or low phosphoris levels in the body. Vaccines, glyphosate, soy, canola oil, GMO's, almost certainly damage the thyroid along with the unregulated mystery drugs and food additives. Coca cola is actually healthy as most Americans are deficient in phosphorus (but some corn syrup has mercury in it so it depends whether you get a tainted batch). Kraft Mac N Cheese is also quite healthy as whey protein will chelate bad stuff out of the body plus its quite nutritious.

Get off the fluoride & drugs, everyone... These days, the only thing more trippy than drugs getting yourself totally sober & awake. We are like bugs caught in a spider's webs of lies, injected with venom, unable to fly as we were meant to. Its difficult, but still possible, to break free. Elon is another tech guy who, like Bill Gates, knows next to nothing about health, imho... but yeah he is usually very smart about everything. I think the video twists the truth of what he is saying. People have eaten fats, sugars, and salt copiously in the past. A caveman who finds a fig tree or a beehive is gonna binge and eat pounds of sugar with no ill effect. If we can't handle a robust caveman diet full of salt, fat, and sugars, then its because we are already poisoned by things like mercury, fluoride, aluminum.

And ps the reason canola is bad is it has high levels of trans fat. The fda cant list trans fat to the nearest .1 gram, otherwise you'd see the truth... The feedlot meat, dairy, and canola industry all have something to hide, and they all want it to remain hidden!!!

People did not eat sugar and refined carbohydrates the way we do now. Fats, meat, and eggs are bad for you. Here, take this bowl of frosted flakes and a couple pop tarts. It's the base of the food pyramid.

The hummingbird diet? I've got only two things that I know arent killing me: apples and oats. So I like to quip about being on "the horse diet" although I mostly eat other stuff of course.

Little Kins, Here in The Philippines, I purchase Australian grown oats, which are grown without the use of glyphosate. Might be hard to find in the USA though. What is up with you & apples ?

PG3 I believe only that most fats are bad. I also believe good fats, such as MCT oil, extra virgin olive oil, coconut & avocado oil are important parts of a healthy diet.

Idk, good quality, pesticide-free apples... they just hit the right spot for me. Ive got a freezer full, and I thaw, mince, and then squeeze them for juice every week. Awhile ago I bought a fruit grinder thats what I use to mince/mash them, I can run a 5 gallon bucket through it almost instantly. Ps, those of you who press apples or might want to someday: Its really not that difficult to make hard apple cider and/or apple cider vinegar.
