I have a 3-tier shelf and one 48" light fixture hanging from each tier. The unit is next to window and allows some sunto the middle tier. My question is, when should i turn on the grow lights, at night or during the day? I think they need some dark though. |

Yes keep the lights on about 18 hrs during the day and keep the lights about 2-3 " above the plant. |
