I have one seedling whose first true leaf has not opened up. It's on day 6 since germination and both other seedlings have first leaves the size of a quarter. The one in question is still curled up an dseems very yellow. Should I go to a backup?

I would start a back up but don't pitch it yet just in case she comes around.
