I have been trying to till my garden for the past 4 weeks but everytime the ground gets about dry enough to till, it rains 3 to 4 inchs and delays me again!! argghhh I have not started seeds yet because i'm afraid it will never dry out!!!! may just have to move my garden to another state!!!!
