I found that the seed coat of these seeds is extra thick at the shoulders close to the radicle opening so you may want to carefully sand a little deeper there.

My 1353.5 is up and looking great.Should be outside sometime this week if it ever warms up alittle.Low 30s again for lows the next few nites.
