Does anyone have tips on growing these things. A review of the internet reveals very little. It looks like cabbage growers are not as open as pumpkin growers. A seed starting date would be a good place to start. I've seen some starting at Halloween others suggest February but can find no concrete information.

if you grow em, grower beware....cabbage moth invassion will destroy your efforts...i gave up growing them after 4 years of trying...good luck
