THE CANDIDATE - 2nd female on the main 2048 vine at 13 ft. If the pistil is well formed, plan to pollinate with the 2624 by the weekend.
First insecticide treatment of the year � Merit 75WP
More fish emulsion/kelp solution/Jacks 10-30-20 to all 3 plants. All nodes get buried with Myco/kelp meal/10-10-10 granules, simultaneously picking off the tertiary and cutting off the dendril. No apparent adverse events so far with this program, and the plants are growing like crazy.
This may be the year!
